Refund Policies: 

Product refunds or product exchanges are only issued for damaged or faulty products. No refunds for change of mind. 

Damaged or faulty products need to be returned within 14 days in the original box and packaging. Refunds will be processed once the product is returned.

 

Treatment Packages / Gift Voucher Refunds:

Treatment packages paid up front are non refundable.

If in the case of moving interstate or extreme circumstances a refund will be considered with a 50% refund of the total cost. If some treatments have been used the number of treatments used will be taken off the amount paid with a 10% cancellation fee.

Gift vouchers are nonrefundable or cannot be exchanged for cash. Expired gift vouchers can be used 2 weeks past the expiry date. Gift vouchers cannot be used 2 weeks after the expiry date.

 

Cancellation Policies:

72 hours is required for cancellations of treatments. A cancellation fee of 50% of the treatment may be charged.

No shows will incur a full payment fee.
